The Lean Lab provides all participants with the opportunity to gain world-class, practical knowledge focused on business needs, giving them a competitive edge.
Lab competencies
In this specialised room, students will learn and master production, logistics and production management methods in practice. Using ITEM elements, they will be able to develop workstations as participants in group exercises, developing them and experiencing the benefits of Lean, KAIZENTM and Karakuri principles in their daily work.
The modular practical training courses were developed by a team of consultants and trainers from Kaizen Institute Hungary Kft. with many years of professional experience. Training courses and workshops enable Hungarian and international students and corporate stakeholders to master Lean methods at a skill level.
