One of the essential factors of responsible corporate governance is the performance measurement and evaluation system that contributes to achieving strategic goals.
The importance of performance measurement and evaluation partly lies in recognising the main factors contributing to achieving company goals. Therefore, the research aims to examine the methods and approaches that can be used to create a comprehensive corporate performance system and what kind of correlation can be revealed between the fulfilment of the corporate strategy and the performance measurement system and evaluation used by the company.
Behind changing strategic challenges, what different performance systems and performance factors can be specified within a given industry, and how can the relationship between the performance indicators deemed important by companies and the applied performance indicators be characterised?
